Tami Gunselman
Associate Professor
School of Nursing
Miss Tami Gunselman arrived at Maranatha in 2015 with a background in both teaching and nursing. She worked as a staff nurse, a school nurse, and a camp nurse for eight years. In 2004, God led Miss Gunselman to Shanghai, China, where she spent 11 years teaching English as a second language and American nursing at a university. She has a passion to help young people fall in love with nursing through her Nursing courses.
“The opportunity to minister at MBU allows me to emphasize the most important element we have to offer our patients in nursing care – the love of Christ. Working with students as they progress through the nursing program at MBU means they are learning excellence in nursing from a biblical worldview. It is my privilege to be involved in this process.” – Tami Gunselman
