Matthew Davis

Dr. Davis works full-time as Chief Executive Officer for Maranatha Baptist University serving in leadership over all operational and academic units. Dr. Davis received a Business Management degree from Maranatha and a law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois, Florida, and Wisconsin. He began his legal career litigating religious liberty cases and advising thousands of Christians and ministry leaders on legal issues in Christian education, ministry employment, risk management, and religious liberty as a staff attorney for the Christian Law Association in Florida. In 2007, Dr. Davis moved to Wisconsin and founded the Davis Law Firm in Watertown. That same year he assisted in the founding and now serves as president of Eternal Vision, a charitable foundation devoted to supporting quality Christian education.
