Music Prep Students Dominate Piano Category at AACS Nationals
In March, Maranatha Music Prep students swept the piano categories at the Wisconsin Association of Christian Schools Fine Arts Competition, earning them the opportunity to compete at the American Association of Christian Schools (AACS) National Fine Arts Competition in Greenville, SC. At nationals, they nearly swept the piano categories once again, with first place in Sacred Piano Solo, Sacred Piano Duet and Classical Piano Duet, and second place in Classical Piano Solo.

This win is a combination of many efforts. Thank you to our wonderful prep school, who laid a solid foundation of theory, collaboration (even at a young age!), and recital performance opportunities. Thank you to parents who invested in this program and kept their children enrolled and challenged. Teachers and students worked hard to get them ready for the competition. However, the real reward is that they have been stretched in musicality and confidence for performance and ministry in the years to come. Well done!
