MBU DIPLOMA REPLACEMENT

Follow these steps to order a Replacement Diploma.

STEP ONE:

Download Diploma Replacement Form. Please print, fill out, and physically sign the form. Then fax, email, or mail the form to the Registrar’s Office. (See form for address and additional instructions.)
