Alumni Spotlight

Dave Baldwin (’03)
Dave Baldwin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Church Ministries with a Coaching Concentration. He and his wife Bethany (Rauch, ’03) met during their years at Maranatha and developed many friendships with fellow students and faculty that they still cherish to this day. “I had the privilege of playing on the soccer team for three years and also spent a week in the Bahamas on a mission trip that changed my life,” Dave says. Now, as president of Trust Thermal and founder of Ministry Motors, Dave strives to serve others in tangible ways. He explains, “As a small-business owner, it’s a blessing to see how God supplies our needs every day and gives opportunities to shine His light into a lost world. Over the past two years, God used Ministry Motors to supply fifteen vehicles to those in full-time Christian service, including ministries such as Camp CoBeAc and Camp Joy.”

Caleb Stein (’02, ’04)
Caleb Stein graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies, followed by a Master of Arts in Bible. He and his family have been serving as full-time missionaries in Trujillo, Pero, since 2009. “My time at Maranatha instilled in me a love for God’s Word and His people, a passion to serve God in the place where I am, and a commitment to remain faithful to God and His Word in spite of the changes and challenges around me,” Caleb says. “My education at Maranatha gave me the foundation upon which God continues to construct a life of ministry and service to Him through His church.”
