Academic Success Center – Tutors
The Academic Success Center is looking for tutors for the Fall 2024 Semester. Applicants need to be teachable, patient, and at least a sophomore with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Tutors are needed in various areas including Greek, accounting, writing, general education, and time management. Hours are flexible.
Academic Support Offices
The Academic Support position is ten hours per week, shared between the Academic Affairs, Registrar’s, and Institutional Research offices. Duties include but are not limited to: filing, copying/scanning, data entry, processing forms, basic office cleaning, and other tasks as assigned.
Custodial – Night Crew
Custodial is looking to hire nightshift custodians. This crew cleans the main buildings after hours; two hours daily from 10:00 p.m. until midnight, Monday through Friday.
Dining Complex
The Dining Complex is looking to hire students for the Spring 2025 semester. If you enjoy working in the kitchen or in food service, consider working in the DC and helping provide a valuable service to fellow students, faculty, staff, and campus guests.
Facilities – Data Entry Assistant
Facilities is looking to hire a data entry assistant to work alongside the Facilities Management Administrative Assistant and provide administrative support to the Facilities Department. This person assists with clerical duties and is able to serve as first contact for calls and visits when necessary.
Facilities – Preventative Maintenance Tech
The Facilities Department is looking for a preventative maintenance worker for the women’s dorms starting Spring of 2025. Questions can be directed to Mr. David McMillen (David.McMillen@mbu.edu).
Graphic Designer
(multiple positions):
The Marketing Office is looking to hire graphic designers to assist in the design and layout of creative assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, and posters. Those who can show examples of personal graphic design work (logos, layouts, graphic elements, etc.) are preferred.
