Dr. Dwayne Morris first taught at Maranatha as a graduate assistant after completing his undergraduate degree. After 25 years as a full-time MBU faculty member, Dr. Morris accepted the position of Assistant Pastor for Youth and Family Ministries at Calvary Baptist Church in Watertown. He continues to teach part-time in both the College of Bible and Church Ministries and the Department of Humanities.
Dr. Morris says, “Having followed God’s direction to attend MBU for an undergraduate degree in Pastoral Theology, I desired further training at Maranatha Baptist Seminary. As a graduate assistant, I was tapped to join the speech department part-time as an instructor in speech and later in the Bible department to take over Greek Grammar.
